Morale
How willing a creature is to keep fighting instead of running away or surrendering.
Some rulesets give monsters a morale score and roll to see if they flee when a fight goes badly. Others leave it to the Game Master (GM) to decide how a creature behaves.
In Fantasy RPG
Fantasy RPG has no morale score or morale rolls. The GM decides when a creature flees or surrenders.
